BJP leader Subramanian Swamy welcomes Supreme Court's House reinstatement decision

Constitutional bench of the Supreme Court, in a landmark verdict on Tuesday, reinstated the House of Representatives, invalidating the government's December 20 decision to dissolve the Lower House of Parliament.

The Court said a meeting of the reinstated Parliament must be called within 13 days.
