KATHMANDU: Hosts Angels’ Heart advanced to the girls’ section final of the first U-18 Angels’ Heart Cup Basketball Tournament on Sunday.

Angels’ Heart defeated NASA International College 33-17 and finished as runners-up in the league round to make it to the final.

Bishnu Magar contributed nine points for the winning team.

In the final, Angels’ Heart will face Saipal Academy.

Saipal, who had already made it to the final on Saturday, thrashed NCCS 51-13 to top the five-team table.

Pratigya Magar top scored with 17 points for Saipal.
