Arsenal midfielder Cazorla could be out until March
LONDON: Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says Santi Cazorla could be out until March because of knee ligament damage, adding to the club's injury crisis in midfield.
Central midfielders Francis Coquelin, Jack Wilshere and Mikel Arteta are also injured, while winger Alexis Sanchez is out with a hamstring problem.
When asked Friday if Cazorla will be missing until March, Wenger said "it is possible." Wenger wouldn't put a timeframe on Sanchez's absence.
Cazorla and Sanchez were both hurt in the second half of Arsenal's 1-1 draw at Norwich on Sunday.
Arsenal is fourth in the Premier League ahead of a home game against Sunderland on Saturday, and faces a must-win match at Olympiakos on Wednesday to stand a chance of reaching the knockout stage of the Champions League.
