Assistance for Hari’s treatment
Kathmandu, November 26:
Dhorpatan Volleyball Training Centre has provided an assistance of Rs 27,000 to national volleyball player Hari Bahadur Mahato, who is suffering from kedney failure.
The money was raised from an exhibition match between the training centre and Tribhuvan Army Club on Saturday. Upendra Narsingh, principal of Deep Jyoti Boarding School, handed over the amount to Mahato, said National Sports Council today.
Nepal Sports Journalists Forum also provided Rs 2,000 to Mahato. NSJF treasurer Himesh Bajracharya handed over the amount on the occasion. Mahato, a resident of Nawalparasi, has been undergoing treatment at the TU Teaching Hospital.
