Kathmandu, December 20:

Adarsha Vidya Mandir (AVM) and Budhanilkantha will clash for the championship after winning their respective semi-final matches in the third Shree SNV Memorial Inter-school Cricket Tournament today. AVM defeated Little Angels’ School by five wickets while Budhanilkantha won by 11 runs against Greenland Children Academy (GCA).

Little Angels’ scored 93-8 in 25 overs but AVM chased the total in 23.5 overs. Indra Kamal scored unbeaten 33 runs in AVM’s win.

Budhanilkantha piled on 125-6 in 25 overs. Deepak Shah scored half century and Sambujeet Balayar made 20.

Chasing 126-run total, GCA managed only 114-8 in 25 overs. Man of the match Binit Shrestha completed a five-wicket haul for Budhanilkantha. The final in scheduled at the TU grounds on Friday.
