KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 9

The Late Babu Chiri Sherpa Memorial Open Sport Climbing Competition, 2024 is slated to take place from March 15 in Kathmandu.

The event, which will span over two days, is scheduled to be held at the Crimpanzee Adventure Hub, on March 15 and 16.

Jointly organized by the Nepal Climbing Sport Association (NCSA) and the New York-based Alpine Sports Association, INC., the competition signifies a significant collaboration to promote adventurous alpine sports.

Both organizations sealed their commitment to the event by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) amid a program in Kathmandu.

Santosh Maden, General Secretary of NCSA, and Nawang Nima Sherpa, President of the Alpine Sports Association, inked the MOU, solidifying their partnership in orchestrating this sporting event.
