KATHMANDU: Angels’ Heart Higher Secondary School is organising the first U-18 Angels’ Heart Basketball Tournament from July 10-21.

A total of 16 teams will compete in the boys’ section, while five teams will vie in girls’ category, according to tournament coordinator Bikash Shahi.

Boys’ teams will be divided into four groups with top teams advancing to the quarter-finals.

Similarly, girls’ event will be played under the round robin format and the top two teams will fight for the title.

Shahi also informed that the event will be a part of preparation for the U-18 South Asian Basketball Championship.
