Ruslan Three Star will take on Morang Football Club in tournament's first semifinal match on Wednesday while BYU and Tribhuvan Army Club in the second last four encounter, a day later.

After the match, Sankata coach Salyan Khadgi said that conceding an early goal and his players failing to utilize the chances in the second half were major reasons behind the defeat.
