KATHMANDU: Boys Sports Club advanced to the semi-finals of the second Nepal Cup Veteran Football Tournament here at the Buddhi Bikash Mandal grounds on Saturday.

Boys Sports defeated Rupandehi United of Butwal 3-2 in tie-breaker after both the teams settled for a 1-1 draw in regulation period of 70 minutes.

Binod Gautam put Rupandehi ahead in the eighth minute before Sabin Shakya scored the equaliser for Boys Sports in the 23rd minute.

On Sunday, defending champions Tribhuvan Army Club will play against Dholahiti Youth Club.
