KATHMANDU:  Innovative, Valley Public and LRI advanced to the girls’ category quarter-finals of the fourth Brihaspati Cup Inter-school Mini Basketball Tournament here on Wednesday.

Innovative defeated Aksharaa 37-13, Valley Public beat St Xavier’s 22-8 and LRI saw off Olympia World 29-10 and advanced to the last eight. In boys’ category, Baba defeated Little Angels’ 28-26 and St Xavier’s beat LRI 12-9 to make it to the quarter-finals.
