Kathmandu, December 20:

Wai Wai, the product of CG Foods (Nepal) Pvt Ltd, has extended its sponsorship tie with the Nepali U-19 cricket team, it was announced here today.

The product increased the annual cash sponshorship to Rs 770,000 apart from providing dresses, trophies and cash prizes. Last year Wai Wai presented Rs 50,000 and Rs 25,000 to the U-19 champions and runners up respectively apart from Rs 10,000 each to the best batsman, bowler and the man of the series.

MD of the Chaudhary Groups Nirman Chaudahry said the actual amount of their deal would be higher considering all the expenses they have agreed on. President of CAN Binay Raj Pandey was also present on the occasion.
