Kathmandu, March 25:

Ajay Chhetri won the 3rd Kathmandu Adventure Rally with the timing of 55 minutes and 01second today.

Narayan Gopal Maharjan and Anuj Adhikari finished second and third respectively. Maharjan completed the 25-km route in 55.30 mins followed by Adhikari in 59 mins. The top three cyclists received a purse of Rs 3,000, 2,000 and 1,000 respectively.

Organised by Nepal Cycling Club (NCC) and supported by Kathmandu Academy of Tourism and Hospitality Student Volunteer, the race began from Nepal Tourism Board and went through Balaju, Banasthali, Tokha, Budhanilkantha before culminating at the office of NCC in Thamel.

NTB manager Hikmat Singh Ayer, NTB media consultant Sarad Pradhan, MD of Dolpo Trade Deepak Silwal, NCC president Ranjan Rajbhandari, race director Nishihama and a special guest from the US Robert Ditler gave away prizes and certificates.
