LALITPUR: Takeda Chiaki, newly-appointed technical director of All Nepal Football Association, arrived here on Tuesday. Takeda joined ANFA under Japan Football Association’s football development programme in Nepal. Takeda will stay for a year as technical director, informed ANFA. Takeda spent 20 years as a player from 1967-87. He served as head coach in several clubs and was Coach Instructor of Tokyo Football Association from 1990-2008. Takeda had acquired JFA Official Class A License in 2005. ANFA said that Takeda would visit India to watch Nepal’s matches in the 12th South Asian Games.
