KATHMANDU: Coca-Cola Inter-school District Level Girls’ Football Tournament is beginning from Wednesday here at the Sano Gaucharan grounds, informed the All Nepal Football Association in a release on Monday. The tournament features 19 teams from Kathmandu district. Nepalaya English Public School will take on Chantal Mauduit Academy in the opening match of the tournament. Top two teams earn tickets to the regional tournament, which will select teams for the national-level event. The winners of the national-level tournament will get Rs 200,000, while the runners-up will get Rs 100,000. The third and fourth placed teams will receive Rs 50,000 and Rs 25,000 respectively. The individual winners will be also awarded with cash prizes.
