KATHMANDU: Kanchanjunga International Pvt Ltd is organising the Expert College Premier League Cricket Tournament at the TU Stadium from Saturday. A total of 16 colleges will participate in an eight-day tournament to be played under Twenty20 knock out format. The winners will receive Rs 200,000, while the runners-up will get Rs 100,000. The player of the series will be awarded with a motorcycle, while a fan of the tournament will receive Rs 10,000. Capital College and Research Centre, SPA (Dhangadhi), Nepal Tourism & Hotel Management (Pokhara), Santwana College, Lord Buddha, Kathmandu Medical College, White House, SS College, St Xavier’s, Platinum College, NIMS, KCM, Institute of Engineering, Triton College and Reliance are the 15 confirmed teams. Expert Education and Visa Services is the title sponsor of the tournament which is supported by YouweHome and Golchha Organisation’s Bajaj Pulsar.
