Dangali Gorkhas win
NEPALGUNJ: NIC Asia Dangali Gorkhas thrashed Pappu Construction Rolpa Gorillas by eight wickets in the final of the Ashirbad Paints Nepalgunj Cup T20 Tournament here on Wednesday.
Batting first, Rolpa Gorillas were bowled out for 89 runs in 19.1 overs before Gorkhas reached the target in 8.2 overs. The winners and runners-up got Rs 111,000 and Rs 60,000 respectively.
Lumbini Yatris' Basir Ahmed was named the best player, while Rolpa Gorillas' Saurav Khanal and Dangali Tigers' Sahid Ansari were declared the best batsman and bowler respectively.
Dangali Gorkhas' Sadab Ansari was named the emerging player.
