KATHMANDU, MAY 31

The International Cricket Council (ICC), which is the world governing body of cricket, has announced the match schedule for the triangular one day series under the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2.

The matches of the triangular series will be contested in Scotland.

Nepal will lock horns with Namibia in its maiden match on July 11. Additionally, Nepal will take on Scotland on July 13, while on June 16 Nepal and Namibia are set to play.

In the final match fixed for July 17 Nepal will play against Scotland.

Currently, Nepal's men cricket team is in the United States to play matches against the US and Oman.

The series is scheduled to take place from June 8-19.

Nepal is placed in the sixth position on the League 2 table after recording six wins and six losses in the total 12 matches it participated in.

Oman is the table-topper followed by Scotland in the second position.

Meanwhile, UAE hold third, and the US is placed fourth. Lastly, Namibia and Papua New Guinea are cemented at fifth and seventh positions respectively.
