The seventh edition of the Jumla-Rara Ultra Marathon will be held on May 9, aiming to promote adventure tourism in the Karnali region.
Organised by the Karnali Sports Club, the race will begin from Khalanga Bazaar in Jumla. Events include 5 km, 10 km and 51 km races, with cash prizes for top finishers.
Registration fees range from Rs 500 for the 5 km race to Rs 5,000 for the 51 km race for non-local participants, while entry is free for under-18 participants in the 10 km category.
The deadline for registration is May 3.
