LALITPUR: Nepal Sports Journalists Forum, Photo Journalist Club, Mountain TV and Nepal TV advanced to the semi-finals of the second Surya Kumar Memorial Media Cup Futsal Championship here at the Goalpost Futsal Arena on Sunday.

NSJF topped the group and PJ Club came second in Group A. NSJF defeated Image Channel 7-2, saw off Nepal Mandala 8-0, recorded a 7-1 win against Community Information Network and played a 5-5 draw against PJ Club.

PJ Club beat Image 3-2, defeated CIN 8-1 and got a walkover win from Nepal Mandala.

NSJF will take on Group B runners-up Nepal Television and PJ Club will face Group B winners Mountain TV.

The winners and runners-up will get Rs 50,000 and Rs 25,000 respectively.
