MUMBAI: Despite the desperate hard work by T20 specialist Yousuf Pathan of Rajasthan Royals, Mumbai Indians claimed the first victory in IPL T20 of this year.

Mumbai Indian gave a pretty good target of 213 for Rajasthan Royals to chase. Mumbai Indians scored 212/6, in reply to them Rajasthan Royals made 208 and were just close to win the game. But thanks to tailenders, who did the job not for their team but for opposition.

From Mumbai Indians Rayudu and Tiwary gave the best partnership and raised the score of falling Mumbai Indians to an almost unbeatable task 212 runs. Rajasthan Royals had a bad start, losing Asnodkar at zero. But Yousuf Pathan, the T20 God made second fastest T20 century in Cricket history, instead of his best effort couldn’t saved the team.

Yousuf Pathan declared the man of the match but he couldn’t saved his team to get the so close vistory. And Mumbai Indians got 2 points after winning the match.
