KATHMANDU: Nepali youth team will take on Lebanon in their last Group D match of the AFC U-23 Championship Qualifiers at the Tahnon Bin Mohamed Stadium in Al Ain City, UAE on Wednesday.

As both the teams have already been knocked out of the competition after facing two defeats, the match will be a matter of pride for them.

Nepal suffered a 5-0 defeat at the hands of hosts UAE in their opening match on Saturday and went down 2-0 against Uzbekistan on Monday.

Lebanon lost their first match against Uzbekistan 3-1 and faced a 1-0 defeat against UAE.
