Nepal football team off to India
KATHMANDU: Nepal football team left for India to compete in the South Asian Games (SAG) on Tuesday.
The All Nepal Football Association bade farewell to the team amid a programme at the ANFA Complex.
Acting President of the ANFA Narendra Shrestha bade farewell to the players and wish them luck.
On the occasion, Shrestha said that the team had garnered good results in the previous tournament.
"We are hopeful that the team will secure good results this time as well," Shrestha said.
The men's football team had left today while the women's team would leave tomorrow.
