Nepal get 122-run target from US in ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier

KATHMANDU: The United States have posted a target of 122 runs to Nepal in their first match of ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier at Belfast.

The US won toss and elected to bat.

The US were bowled out in 20 overs.

Nepal 's  Shakti Gauchan and Basant Regmi took three wickets each and Sompal Kami claimed two to restrict the US to 120 runs. Sagar Pun sent one American player back to pavilion.

Akeem Dodson made 39 including four fours and one six off 33.Likewise Fahad Babar contributed 23 off 15.

In their disciplined bowling, Nepal gave only four extras, including one wide, to the US.
