SUNSARI: Nepal Police Club and Tribhuvan Army Club registered wins in the women’s football tournament under the seventh National Games at the Duhabi Stadium on Monday.

NPC thrashed Western Region 4-0 riding on goals from player-of-the-match Yeshoda Lama, Niru Thapa, Srijana Khadka and Manju Gurung.

Similarly, TAC, who defeated Mid-western 3-0 on Sunday, recorded a 3-0 win against Eastern Region. Player-of-the-match Indira Rai scored a brace and Sushmita Tamang added one for TAC.
