KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 25
The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Tuesday announced the groups and schedule for the T20 World Cup, with 20 nations divided into four groups of five teams each.
Nepal has been drawn in Group C alongside England, West Indies, Bangladesh, and Italy, with the latter making their debut appearance in a major ICC tournament.
According to the ICC, India will open the month-long tournament in Mumbai on February 7, facing the United States, before taking on Namibia on February 12.
The tournament, running from February 7 to March 8, will follow the same format as when the United States and West Indies co-hosted the event in 2024.
