KATHMANDU: Nepal national volleyball team defeated Hong Kong Nepalese Team, captained by former national team member Sanjay Aryal, 3-1 at the Tuen Mun Butterfly Coast courts on Saturday.

Nepal national team, which is in Hong Kong to play two friendly matches against the hosts and one against Macau, registered a 25-23, 25-20, 20-25, 25-17 victory over HK Nepalese Team.

Nepal will take on Hong Kong on Sunday and Monday before leaving for Macau to play one-off match on Wednesday.
