Kathmandu, February 16:

The semi-finals of the fourth San Miguel Media Cup Football Tournament will be played on Thursday between Nepal Television and Metro FM; and Radio Sagarmatha and Image Channel at Sano Gaucharan ground.

Group C leaders Nepal TV, which won the second edition, made it to the last four after the organising committee upheld their protest against HBC FM on February 12. Likewise, Metro FM, which were the runners-up in the second edition, defeated Channel Nepal 3-0 and Rajdhani 4-0 in previous matches to top Group A. Image Channel, which played a draw with Star FM and defeated ECR FM 6-1, in their Group B matches, will face Radio Sagarmatha.

The Group D leaders Radio Sagarmatha topped the chart on better goal differences. They defeated Rashtriya Samachar Samiti 11-0 on February 12.

There are 10 teams participating in the tournament, which has been organised by Sports Nepal Olympic Museum to mark the 34th birthday of Crown Prince Paras.
