LALITPUR: Milan Rokka of Little Angels’ and Pranjal Kayastha of JBS entered the U-16 boys’ singles semi-finals at the third LAS/JTI Inter-school Open Junior Tennis Tournament today.

Sandesh Singh Rathod of DAV and Suyash Rajbhandari of British School reached the quarter-finals.

In the U-14 boys’ singles, Achal Thapa, Nil Pandey and Suyash Rajbhandari of The British School (TBS), Sandesh Singh Rathod of DAV, Ananda Gauchan of Rato Bangala, David Tako, Subir Shrestha and Diwash Shrestha of LA entered quarters.

In the U-10 girls’ singles, Manjayakar Tennis Academy’s Mayanka Rana and Mahika Rana entered the semi-finals. Pratishtha Shrestha and Karuna Gauchan reached the quarter-finals.

Sakshi Gurung of Chandbagh, Sonam Ongdi of TBS and Geeta Shrestha of LA entered the U-12 girls’ singles last four. In boys’ singles, Aakash Roka and Sandesh Singh Rathod of LA, Pritush Nepal of Brihaspati, Sahil Gautam of Chandbagh, Ajil Sigurdsan of Montessori and Abhaya Gauchan of Rato Bangala entered last eight.
