Qualifying tournament from today

All Nepal Lawn Tennis Association is all set to organise the South Asia Regional Qualifying tournament for the ITF Asian U-12 and Team Championship from Monday.
Teams from Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and Pakistan will compete in boys' category, while women's category will feature teams from Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan and India, informed tournament Director Ajay Bista at a press meet today.
Bista also informed that the top two teams from boys' and girls' categories will qualify for the Asian Championship to be hosted by Kazakhstan in November. The organisers also informed that matches of the tournament will be played under round-robin format with two singles and a doubles matches against all the opponents. Only three players will be in a team.
Nepal's Aarav Samrat Hada, Aki Zuban Rawat and Pranav Manandhar will feature in boys' section, while Subhangi Laxmi Shah, Aza Regmi and Ayasha Dolkar Gurung are in girls' category. The tournament will conclude on April 27.
