Man of the match Basanta Thapa claimed five wickets as Rajan Memorial School beat Gillette School by four wickets and Deepjyoti School defeated Gyankunj School by 40 runs in the third GCA Inter-school Cricket Tournament. Batting first after winning the toss, Gillette School were bowled out for 61 runs in 14.3 overs. Except Raghu (17), other batsmen failed to reach the double figue mark. In reply, Rajan Memorial overcame the target losing six wickets in 10.2 overs. Nima top-scored with 14 off 10 balls. For Gillette, Shekhar and Raju claimed two wickets each. In the other match, Deepjyoti were bowled out for 117 runs in 24.4 overs. Man of the match Bishwo Bhandari scored 37 off 50 balls. For Gyankunj, Manish took 5-13 in five overs. In reply, Gyankunj could muster just 77 runs in 14.2 overs. For Deepjyoti, Bishwo and Bishnu claimed three wickets each.
