Nepal Police Club came from two sets down to stun Nepal APF Club 3-2 in the women's section match of the fifth RBB-NVA Club League Volleyball Championship here at the NSC covered hall on Saturday.
The NPC lost the first two sets 20-25 and 28-30 before staging a strong comeback to win the next three sets 25-23, 25-19, 25-11. In other matches, Tribhuvan Army Club thrashed Dhorpatan Sports Club 25- 12, 25-0,25-5, while Hongwanji New Diamond Sports Club registered a 25- 12, 25-7, 25-17 victory over Bharatpur.
In men's category, APF outplayed Naya Bazaar Sports Club 25-12, 25- 16, 25-16; Help Nepal beat Mani Mukunda Club 25-15, 25-16, 29-27; and Bulbule Rara recorded a 25-22, 25-19, 26-24 victory over NPC. Bulbule Rara had defeated TAC in straight sets on Friday.
