KATHMANDU: Reigning national champion Nabita Shrestha, Swechha Nembang, Dikshya Tamanf and Rabina Maharjan advanced to the women’s singles semi-finals of the second Samjhana Cup National Table Tennis Tournament here on Sunday.

Shrestha will play against Nembang, while Tamang will take on Maharjan for berths in the final. National champion Santoo Shrestha of Softwarica and Sikka Suwal of Liverpool won gold medals in college section, while Siddhartha Tamang of Pushpasadan claimed U-12 boys’ singles title and Prabesh Basnet of Horizon bagged U-16 boys’ singles gold medal.
