Seven-a-side football in January

Nepal Seven-a-side Football Federation is set to organise the 12th South Asian Seven-a-side Football Tournament from January 13-18 in Pokhara.
All seven countries of South Asia - Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bhutan and Pakistan - will take part in the tournament, informed NSSF President Nabin Pun at a press meet today..
The tournament will be played under league-cum-knockout format and the top two teams will get $2,000 and $1,000 respectively.
Coach Rajendra Tamang has been handed the responsibility to train Nepali team. Nepal have won the titles twice, in 2006 in India and 2010 in Sri Lanka.
