Lalitpur, January 11:

The second general assembly of Nepal Badminton Association unanimously elected the 19-member executive committee here on Friday. Prakash Bahadur Shahi was re-elected as the president.

Ramesh Kumar Shrestha, Dhruba Kumar Shrestha, Pitambar Timsina and Pratap Adhikari are the vice presidents, while Ramji Bahadur Shrestha is the general secretary. Birendra Shrestha was elected the secretary and Bishwesh Shrestha the treasurer.

G Narayan Bahadur Chhetry, Chandra Shekhar Lama, Lava Bhakta Shrestha, Anoj Basnet, Nabin Bikram Shah, Jagat Bahadur Khadka, Dipendra Shrestha, Samir Bahadur Singh, Min Bahadur KC, Mahendra Bikram Thamsuhang and Gyanendra Sipahi are the members of the committee. The general assembly was attended by 47 councillors.
