South Africa bat in second England Test

DURBAN: South Africa won the toss and decided to bat in the second Test against England at Kingsmead on Saturday.

Fast bowler Dale Steyn, who was ruled out of the drawn first Test at Centurion shortly before the start because of a hamstring injury, returned to the South African team in place of Friedel de Wet.

England announced an unchanged team.

The weather was hot and humid and the sun was shining in contrast to overcast, rainy weather in the build-up to the game.
