KATHMANDU: Birbal Tamang of Shree Ganesh School and Dipa Sapkota of Progressive Academy won the 100m races under the Sports Week organised by Kathmandu district chapter of National Private and Boarding Schools Association Nepal on Saturday.

Tamang won boys’ category gold medal, while his schoolmate Kamal Chaudhary came second.

Sapkota bagged girls’ category gold medal leaving behind New Diamond Academy’s Ashmita Lama.

Similarly, NDA and Dikshant Academy won the 4X100m relay races in girls and boys categories respectively.
