PHIDIM: Sumjiri Sumhatlung Ambepaj Conservation and Development Foundation is set to organise the Sumhatlung Mini-marathon here in Phidim, Panchthar on Tuesday.

The event will be of nine kilometres, informed the hosts at a press meet on Sunday. Foundation’s Secretary Upendra Lawati said that the mini-marathon will begin from Sumhatlung temple and will go through Campusmode, Aahalgairi, Jorsal, Pallotar Sanibare before returning back to Sumhatlung temple. A total of 35 runners will compete in the event.

Top three athletes will earn Rs 15,000, Rs 10,000 and Rs 5,000 respectively.
