JHAPA: Tribhuvan Army Club (TAC) advanced to the final of the International Invitational Gold Cup Football Tournament with a 1-0 victory over Laxmi Hyundai Manang Marshyangdi Club here on Thursday. In the semi-final match, Amit Gurung scored the solitary goal of the game. Gurung converted a free kick into the goal in the 11th minute of the match which was enough for the Armymen to set the championship clash against hosts Jhapa-XI. Biswas Adhikari of TAC was adjudged the player-of-the-match and he received Rs 5,000. The final is slated for Saturday.
