KATHMANDU: Former ANFA President Ganesh Thapa has congratulated the new executive committee of football governing body.

“Congratulations to all the newly appointed officials of ANFA. I would like to wish all of them a very successful tenure at ANFA,” Thapa wrote on Facebook. “I also hope that the entire football fraternity will now come together for the betterment and development of football in Nepal.

As always my best wishes to the entire Football Family to help take Nepali football to greater heights,” added Thapa, who is serving 10-year ban from FIFA on corruption charges. — HNS
