Lalitpur, March 5:

Three Star Club (TSC) defeated Boys Union Club (BUC) 2-0, while Brigade Boys Club (BBC) and Kathmandu Club played a 1-1 draw in the day’s matches of the Nepal Bank Junior (Under-14) League Football Tournament at ANFA Complex. For TSC, Bikram Lama opened the scoring in the 19th minute and four minutes later, Rabi Thapa added another goal. Earlier, Bishal Poudel scored for BBC in the 59th minute whereas Bishal Rai levelled the tally for Kathmandu Club a minute later. Bishal Shrestha of Kathmandu Club and Roshan Raut of Boys Union Club were adjudged the Most Valuable Player and recieved gift hampers from Big Mimi and Zoom respectively. On Sunday, Friends Club will take on New Road Team and Manang Marsyangdi Club will play against Sankata Club at the same venue.
