Raul, Puyol in doubt

MADRID: Real Madrid captain Raul Gonzalez may miss Sunday’s Spanish league match against rival FC Barcelona because of a bruised instep on his left foot. The striker has been told to rest until Thursday. Raul missed Spain’s friendly win over China on March 26, although he did play in the second half of a draw with Serbia-Montenegro four days later in a WC qualifier. Meanwhile, Barcelona captain Carles Puyol is also struggling to be fit in time for the clash. — AP
