KATHMANDU, JANUARY 3

Tip Top Help Nepal Sports Club and New Diamond Sports Club clinched the men's and women's titles, respectively, at the 9th NVA National Volleyball Championships on Friday.

In the women's final, New Diamond Sports Club defeated Nepal Police Club (NPC) in straight sets to lift the title with relative ease, winning 25–18, 25–19, and 25–18. With the victory, New Diamond reclaimed the championship after a gap of four years.

In the men's final, Tip Top Help Nepal Sports Club dominated Tribhuvan Army Club (TAC), securing a straight-sets victory of 25–21, 25–21, and 25–21 to claim the title for the third consecutive year.

In the women's third-place playoff, Nepal Police Club (NPC) finished third after edging Rukum West in a tightly contested five-set match, winning 25–27, 23–25, 26–24, 25–22, and 15–10.

Meanwhile, Armed Police Force (APF) secured the third position in the men's category, defeating Tribhuvan Army Club (TAC) in straight sets 25–13, 25–17, and 25–10.
