KATHMANDU: The ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) on Sunday appointed heads of 22 sister wings of the party.

However, their names have not been disclosed. NCP leader Madhav Kumar Nepal has submitted a note of dissent over appointment of six heads of the party’s sister wings, according to a leader close to him.
