Nepal Oil Corporation raises fuel prices

KATHMANDU: Nepal Oil Corporation has increased prices of petrol, diesel, and kerosene.

NOC issued a notice on Monday stating that fuel would cost Rs 2 per litre more with effect from Monday midnight, said Binit Mani Upadhyaya, spokesperson for the corporation.

Following the price revision, petrol will cost Rs 110 per litre, while diesel and kerosene will cost Rs 93 a litre from Tuesday.

According to Upadhyaya, Indian Oil Corporation had raised fuel price on January 16, forcing NOC to do the same. However, aviation turbine fuel and liquefied petroleum gas will cost as earlier.
