Prime Minister Balen Shah reached Nuwakot by road on Thursday morning to inspect flood-hit areas. He was accompanied by Infrastructure Development Minister Sunil Lamsal.
The inspection follows heavy flooding of the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa on Wednesday, which has caused extensive damage along the riverbanks.
