KABUL: An Afghan lawmaker Obaidullah Helali alleged on Wednesday that 95 children were among a the 140 people killed in a US-Taliban battle earlier this month.

US spokesman Colonel Greg Julian says “there is no physical proof that can substantiate that” claim.
