Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has been admitted to hospital on contracting COVID-19.
The Bhool Bhullaiya actor had announced that he had tested positive for the respiratory infection on Sunday morning.

On Monday, in a tweet, the 53-year-old actor shared that he had been admitted to hospital as a precautionary measure.

Similarly, co-stars in the new project 'Mr Lele' Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pendekar too announced through their respective social media handles that they had tested positive for the highly- contagious infection.
