France says three conditions still needed for Iran deal

VIENNA: Global powers and Iran still need to fulfil three conditions to nail down a nuclear deal curbing the Islamic republic's atomic programme, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabis said Saturday.

"We believe there are at least three indispensable conditions," Fabius said as he arrived to join the talks, highlighting a need for rigorous inspections, long-lasting limits to nuclear research and development and a mechanism to quickly reimpose sanctions.
