KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 2
The Department of Transport Management (DoTM) has resumed its license renewal and verification services starting Sunday following the restoration of its EDLVRS server, which had been down since mid-September.
According to the department, other online services, including new license applications through applydlnew.dotm.gov.np, will resume once the website becomes fully operational.
The DoTM's digital systems had been disrupted after the Gen Z movement protests on September 8 and 9 caused significant damage to its infrastructure, leading to a long halt in license-related services across the country.
