A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on Wednesday between Embassy of India and Municipality of Bhadrapur for granting NRs 4.5 million as assistance for upgradation of the road from India-Nepal border to SP Mode, Bhadrapur.

Bhartendu Kumar, mayor, on behalf of Bhadrapur municipality and Shri Javed Usmani, Minister (Economic Cooperation) on behalf of embassy signed the MoU. According to a press release issued by Indian Embassy it will also present an ambulance to the municipality on the occasion of 50th anniversary of the municipality.
